About Nokomis

Nokomis is an unincorporated town and census-designated place in Sarasota County, south of Osprey and just north of Venice. It reaches the coast through Nokomis Public Beach and Casey Key, and it counted 3,217 residents at the 2020 census (Wikipedia: Nokomis, Florida).

Casey Key

Casey Key is a narrow barrier island with large Gulf-front homes. Outdoor units there face direct salt spray and storm surge risk. Mainland homes
